Well I aam still working but I don't know how long for cuz they have new permanent people starting tomorrow. However I have been getting in all the hours I can and today is my first day off since last Sunday so that explains why I have't been posting recently.
Not much to say really it's mainly been a case of work, eat (healthily) sleep. The diet has been going quite well I'm sure I have lost a little weight which should keep me motivated.
Nothing more to say really still haven't been on a shopping spree, will do soon seen loads of xmas pressie to buy people so will do that soon.

the goss

So I haven't posted on here for quite a while because the last few days have been soo busy. On Saturday I had to get up early to go to Stafford to this party. I got totally wasted , it was a great night though, loads of people were dressed up really good. There was karaoke too but I didn't do it. Anyway I paid the price on Sunday. I felt so rough, woke up with a banging headache and my bf was sick. To top it all off I had to driver the 50 odd miles back home, I felt so terrible that I went to McDonalds to get a meal (got a free glass too). Then when I finally was back laid on the sofa unable to move till I went to the shop to get some supplies. I still haven't had any booze since then , unlike my sister who's been out every night since.
The next day I had to go shopping as I was starting my new job and needed some new clothes. It's also when I realised that I really need to go on a diet. It didn't hep that I had had an English breakfast roll in the ,morning but I didn't fancy anything else later which really suprised my bf as normally come 2pm I am ravenous. Any way on our way back from the shops we went to Sainsburys and stocked up on plenty of fruit and veg. So for Mondays dinner we had roast chicken (done Vietnamese style) with salad and fruit to follow. On Tuesday I had museli for breakfast, a ham and mustard roll, grapes and apricots for lunch and pork chop and roasted med veg for dinner. (also snacked on fruit) Then yesterday  I had the same for breakfast and lunch and spag bol (with a very small amount of pasta compared with usual) bulked out with plenty of salad. And for dinner today I have just had roasted med veg pasta with loads of salad. So basically I am just eating loads of salad and fruit which can't be a bad thing as before I was lucky to get 1-a-day never mind 5.
The hard part now is keeping it up till I lose some serious weght. The real difficult part will be tomorrow as we normally have a take-away on fridays and after this week I'm gonna feel like I've earned it, then we normally eat out on Saturday. That should't be too bad as if we go somewhere nice I can just get a large (proper like a tuna niscose) salad. My new job has also helped as its a bit more physical than my previous one, lots of bendidng and lifting and carrying files. My old job had next to no movement (infact moving was frowned upon) and after that I have been dossing on the sofa for the past few months.
So I think that should bring you up to date.
